Western Avenue, called Chapeaux de Maurice. The store directors were Maurice Beecher and Dr. Charles McDonald, with Mrs. Beecher running the shop. The retail store sold fragrances, jewelry, clothing, and their own label of hats. The museum has one such hat in the collection, a blue nylon pillbox style hat with the label \u201cI come from Chapeaux de Maurice Sioux Falls, So. Dak.\u201d inside.
